Information and purposes
When you place an order, contact us or use store features, information can include your name, email, shipping and billing details, order and payment information, and support correspondence. Shopify and connected services can also process technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, cookie identifiers and browsing interactions.
We use information to operate the store, process and fulfill orders, provide customer service, protect against fraud and improve the shopping experience. Analytics and marketing functions may use information where those functions are enabled, subject to applicable requirements and available consent choices.
Shopify and other service providers
Shopify supplies the commerce platform. Payment, fulfillment, communications and review services may process information as needed for the features you use and the services enabled on the store. Connected apps include Amazon fulfillment integrations, Judge.me Reviews, Klaviyo and a popup email service. An app being installed does not mean every feature is active or that it receives every category of information.
Shopify also describes processing it performs for its own services. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy. Third-party services you choose to use may have their own privacy notices.
Cookies and choices
Shopify uses cookies and similar technologies for store operation and other platform functions; optional analytics or marketing tools can use these technologies where enabled. See Shopify's Cookie Policy. You can manage cookies through browser settings and use any privacy or consent controls provided in the store or relevant service. Blocking cookies can affect store functionality. This notice does not claim that the site has no third-party tracking.
If you receive marketing emails, you can use their unsubscribe option or contact us. Transactional messages about your order may still be necessary.
Retention and privacy requests
Information may be kept as needed for orders and support, legal and accounting obligations, fraud prevention and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the type of information, its purpose and applicable requirements.
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, request a copy, or object to or opt out of certain uses. Contact us to make a request or ask about available choices. We may need information to verify your request before responding. Shopify's own privacy choices are described in its privacy notice.
We may update this notice as our practices or services change. The date above identifies the latest update.
Corks Up! evolved from a simple bar trick. No one knows who the first person was to drop a cork on its side and marvel at the moment it stood on its end, but this simple phenomenon has brought together our family and friends for decades. Whether it's cards, charades, or ping-pong, our family loves to compete. Taking a cork from a wine bottle, we created another way to continue the competition, even at the dinner table. At first, we would see who could get it to stand up in the fewest tries. Then, by collecting enough corks for everyone at the table, the last one to stand their cork was “eliminated.”
While it always got heated, the simplicity connected multiple generations. There’s nothing better than watching the newest to the game light up like they won a grand slam tennis tournament when they crush everyone at the table. Over the past couple of years, sharing the joy in this high-energy, ice-breaker, party-maker, has been a personal mission.
Through hundreds of hours of play, we’ve refined the game and created custom corks that improve the experience and unlock new ways to enjoy. We look forward to hearing the guttural sound of “Coooooorks Up!”, knowing a new game is starting, new memories are being made and hands will be raised in victory!
